Terms of Use for Hexa

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the Bot to your Discord server or interacting with it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, including server administrators and individual Discord users.

2. Use of the Bot

The Bot is designed to provide features such as moderation commands/tools, productiviy features, AFK, welcomes and voice-chat music. You agree to use the Bot in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws, including Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You may not:

• Use the Bot for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the Bot's code or functionality.
• Use the Bot to spam, harass, or disrupt Discord servers or users.
• Overload the Bot's systems or attempt to bypass its limitations.

3. Data Collection

The Bot collects only User IDs and Guild IDs to enable its functionality, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you consent to this data collection solely for operational purposes.

4. Payments

If the Bot offers premium features or services, payments are processed securely through third-party providers, such as PayPal or Mercado Pago. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms of service of PayPal or Mercado Pago. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the Bot is used appropriately within your Discord server.
• Maintaining the security of your Discord account and server.
• Any content or actions taken through the Bot's commands or features.

We are not liable for any misuse of the Bot by users or server administrators.

6. Availability and Modifications

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions, errors, or loss of functionality resulting from such changes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot for any user or server that violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your Discord server.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexacord is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to data loss, server disruptions, or third-party actions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Bot after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
